Unlike most of their neighbors who rush in traffic to their respective jobs, Ray and Jackie Foley go upstairs to their home office. They publish Bartender Magazine, which they consider a love potion.    

Hooked up 28 years ago when both were bartenders in N.J., they got married, and together embarked on a venture to be publishers and made-in-heaven business and life partners. Today, Bartender Magazine boasts more than 150,000 readers. 

"If not for Jackie, I never would have gotten this far," Foley says."Not only did she work three jobs to support me and the magazine when we were first getting started, she has always been my biggest champion. Everything about our magazine is truly a love story."

Ray Foley is also an author and book publisher, including 11 popular cocktail and bartending guides to his credit, including: Bartending for Dummies, and his latest, How to Run a Bar for Dummies. Jackie's book is titled, "Girls' Night Out."

2 oz. 3 Olives Pomegranate Vodka,    1 oz. Cranberry Juice,    1 oz. Grapefruit juice    Shake with ice, serve in a chilled martini glass, coated with Stirrings Pomegranate Rimmer.
